How it works
Four steps to get started.
A first conversation
Message us on WhatsApp or email. We ask the essentials: where the home is, what it is like, what your HOA rules say and how many weeks a year you want to use it yourself.
Visit and written proposal
We see the property and send you a written proposal: what the service includes, how we charge and what needs to be ready before the first guest arrives.
Getting the home ready
Photography, listings, pricing, inventory, guest access and cleaning to the Casa Host standard. Nothing goes live until you have reviewed it.
Operation and monthly report
We run bookings, guests, housekeeping and maintenance. Every month you receive a report on what happened at your home and what it earned.
How we price
An empty night earns nothing. A cheap night costs you.
We price with two ideas in mind. First, occupancy and reviews come first: an empty night earns nothing, and a well-reviewed home ranks higher and books more. Second, every home has a minimum nightly rate that we agree on with you and never break.
Between those two lines, time matters. Dates far in the future have time to find the right guest, so we hold the rate. As a night gets closer and is still open, we adjust gradually toward your minimum. Premium dates such as Christmas, New Year and Easter week are benchmarked against comparable homes in the market, not against the general floor.

We work on a commission of what your property earns, so we only do well when your home does. The percentage and exactly what is included are set out in writing in your proposal, once we have seen the property.
