Short and long stays on the same calendar.
In Bucerías, winter brings long stays from northern visitors, while summer, long weekends, Easter week and the year-end holidays bring families and groups for a few nights. Blending both well is what makes a property perform: a poorly negotiated long stay can lock up the most valuable dates of the year.
So we manage the calendar ahead of time. We protect premium dates, set a minimum nightly rate with you that is never broken, and gradually adjust nights that are still open as they approach, so we never give away dates that still have time to sell well.

What Bucerías owners ask us.
Bucerías is in Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit. Broadly, a vacation rental requires being compliant with SAT, Mexico’s tax authority (booking platforms withhold federal taxes from hosts), checking the state lodging tax and any tourism registrations that apply, and following your condominium rules if there are any. We do not give legal or tax advice; your accountant can confirm what applies to your case, and we run the rental within those rules.
