Riviera Nayarit · Mexico
We run your Nuevo Vallarta condo or home end to end: listings, pricing, guests, housekeeping, maintenance and the back-and-forth with your building’s HOA. You get a clear report every month.
The area
Nuevo Vallarta sits in Nayarit, just north of the Ameca River and a short drive from Puerto Vallarta’s airport. It is a planned resort area with a long, flat beach, a marina, canals, golf courses and developments such as Vidanta, alongside condo towers with pools, gyms and security.
Most properties here are part of a condominium or a resort, and that changes how a rental runs. Every guest has to be registered with the administration, pools and amenities have rules, parking is assigned and some developments charge for access to resort facilities. A mistake in that registration turns into a bad arrival and a low review.
Nuevo Vallarta guests tend to be families looking for comfort, a pool and a safe beach, couples who come to rest, and winter visitors who stay for weeks. All of them expect a spotless condo, air conditioning that works and fast answers.
Homes and owners
Units with shared amenities and strict HOA rules. Their owners need someone who deals with building management, registers every guest on time and keeps relations with the neighbors spotless.
Units within developments like Vidanta, with their own access rules, wristbands or resort fees. The listing has to state clearly what the stay includes and what is paid separately, so there are no surprises or complaints.
Larger homes for groups and families. They need steady upkeep of pools, gardens and air conditioning, and pricing that tells a winter week apart from a low-season one.
What we handle
In Nuevo Vallarta, results come down to operational details. We take care of every one of them with the same care we give every home we run.
We publish and maintain your condo on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo with professional photos and building rules explained upfront, plus direct booking on casahost.mx.
Rates move with demand: winter, summer holidays, Easter week and the year-end holidays are not worth the same as October. We never go below the minimum agreed with you.
We register every guest with the administration or security, send clear arrival instructions and answer questions at any hour.
Hotel-standard cleaning after every checkout, an inventory check and restocked amenities, so the next guest finds the condo just like the photos.
Air conditioning, appliances, plumbing and the effects of humidity and salt air. We inspect ahead of the rainy and hurricane season and check with you before any major expense.
Every month we send bookings, revenue, expenses and anything worth attention at your property, in one document.

“It was the first time I used an app. I had heard and read about scams, but not on this app. There was a little fear at first, and just talking with him when we booked gave us peace of mind and confidence in what we were getting. Many thanks to Fernando for giving us that confidence”

“Excellent stay overall! The location was excellent and we felt safe throughout our visit. Both the house and the pool were very clean, and we appreciated having a fully functional kitchen and reliable air conditioning; it made a big difference in comfort. There was a small issue during our stay, but the host resolved it quickly and professionally. They even followed up in person to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed, which really stood out. That kind of responsiveness and attention matters a lot. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, well-located accommodation.”

Demand and pricing
Nuevo Vallarta welcomes winter visitors from the north who stay for weeks, Mexican families during summer holidays and long weekends, and very strong demand around Easter week, Christmas and New Year. Each sells differently: long stays at a well-judged rate, busier weekends, and premium dates that should never go for the price of an ordinary week.
That is why we set a minimum nightly rate with you that is never broken and let prices rise when demand allows. Dates far in the future get time to sell well; as an empty night gets closer, we adjust carefully toward that minimum, never below it.
How it works
Message us on WhatsApp or email. We ask the essentials: where the home is, what it is like, what your HOA rules say and how many weeks a year you want to use it yourself.
We see the property and send you a written proposal: what the service includes, how we charge and what needs to be ready before the first guest arrives.
Photography, listings, pricing, inventory, guest access and cleaning to the Casa Host standard. Nothing goes live until you have reviewed it.
We run bookings, guests, housekeeping and maintenance. Every month you receive a report on what happened at your home and what it earned.
Casa Host homes
Inside Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, Casa Host operates this three-bedroom condo overlooking the golf course. It is a good example of renting inside a resort: registration, rules and a listing that explains it all.
FAQ
Nuevo Vallarta is in Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit. Broadly, there are three fronts: being compliant with SAT, Mexico’s tax authority (booking platforms withhold federal taxes from hosts), checking the state lodging tax and any tourism registrations that apply, and, very importantly, what your condominium rules say about vacation rentals. We do not give legal or tax advice, so confirm the details with your accountant and your HOA. We operate within those rules.
